Dense Phase System

Saikrupa's dense phase system is based on a unique design that offers true dense phase conveying with low conveying velocities and high material to air ratio. It incorporates an indigenously designed material inlet valve that can take high head load and seals perfectly. This inlet valve does not require frequent seal replacement as in slide gate valves, still used by many other manufacturers. The material outlet valve is a pinch valve, which does not have any moving parts, so there is now ear and tear and no seal replacements.
